Job Summary
In this role, you will be a part of growing Global Service Design team within Equinix to co-create the experience of transformation for our customer journey stages (customer support experience) being a part of DIO (Digital Innovation Office) in Equinix. You will be responsible for implementing enterprise design thinking principles and service design methodologies to improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.
