ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• To prepare , refills salt & pepper shaker and other condiments and set up tables etc.
• To Make sure that the par stock is maintained and ensure all items is cleaned and organized.
• To check at the kitchen the out of stock items and must be familiar with the items served, enable to explain dinning guest.
• To ensure guest has satisfaction and meets expectations
• To monitor inventory of wines & beverage consumption as well as of losses. Make reports & submit to F & B office

NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• To be assigned for private events
• To look after their proper storage and make requisition when necessary
• To ensure that the par stock of supplies is maintained
