Senior Security Analyst (IT Controls) - HYBRID

About the Role

The Senior Security Analyst will be responsible for independently assessing security risks, identifying vulnerabilities, recommending remediation strategies, and improving GCI's overall security posture. The role will also lead the design and implementation of security controls aligned with organizational policies, ISMS practices, and ISO 27001 frameworks. This position will play a key role in supporting the next phase of GCI's security maturity program.

The main responsibilities of a SECURITY ANALYST include:

· Protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs

· Upgrade systems to enable security software

· Perform penetration testing to uncover vulnerabilities and implement remediation solutions
