Senior SEC Reporting & Compliance Lead

Murkez Technologies is seeking a meticulous Senior SEC Reporting Specialist to join our Lahore-based team. You will lead the drafting, review, and filing of Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K for U.S.-listed clients, ensuring SEC compliance and timely close.

You will coordinate with U.S.-based controllership and external auditors, perform XBRL tagging, and support SOX documentation, leveraging Workiva or Active Disclosure and strong Excel skills.
