Senior SDR – Enterprise SaaS for HR Tech

Carol is seeking a Senior SDR – B2B SaaS (HR Tech) to drive enterprise revenue in Spain. You’ll engage HR Directors and C-level executives at large Spanish enterprises, building tailored multi‑channel sequences and piping high‑value opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in SDR/BDR roles, SaaS software experience, and a data‑driven mindset to map complex organisations and influence procurement cycles. This is a full‑time role with a base salary and bonus plan.
