Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery activities
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices
• Remove impediments and manage risks effectively
• Track sprint progress and Agile metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely project delivery
Requirements:
• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years as a Scrum Master
• Bilingual in English and French—mandatory skills
