As a Senior Scientist supporting the Gum portfolio, you will lead end‑to‑end R&D efforts from product development to optimizing existing products while shaping the consumer experience.
How you will contribute
- You will work independently to plan, lead and coordinate technical projects in line with R&D, marketing and manufacturing requirements.
- You will plan, lead and coordinate development activities at the laboratory/benchtop level to better understand the Gum Base and Encapsulation product technology (for example, formulation development, product shelf‑life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation, etc.).
