Responsibilities
- Lead planning and scheduling activities for transit and rail projects, ensuring project control activities such as project planning, administration, change management, estimating, cost management and schedule management are executed.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop Work Breakdown Structures and baseline schedules, and prepare schedule risk analyses to forecast contingencies.
- Conduct and coordinate reviews of consultant, contractor and vendor schedules to verify that plans are realistic and achievable.
- Maintain scheduling quality compliance with PMI/Company standards, and develop and implement an earned value system to accurately measure project progress and performance.
- Perform what‑if and delay analyses, and recommend scheduling procedures to optimize project delivery.
