We are seeking a Senior WalkMe Consultant to lead digital adoption initiatives across both non-SAP and SAP environments. The role will focus on advanced solution building and conducting customer workshops to drive adoption through WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). You will combine WalkMe expertise with transformation strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes for our customers
About the role:
- Design and implement WalkMe solutions, including Smart Walkthroughs, ShoutOuts, Launchers, Smart Tips automation, and AI Action Bar
- Review solution performance and engagement via WalkMe Insights and optimise solutions
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand user pain points and develop contextual, step-by-step guidance
