Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central

SD Worx, located in Armilla, Andalucía, is seeking an expert in SAP SuccessFactors to implement innovative solutions focused on HR best practices. This role involves guiding clients, designing configurations, and facilitating workshops to ensure successful implementations.

Ideal candidates will have led at least one end-to-end implementation, possess excellent communication skills for presentations, and hold a SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification. Autonomy and a proactive approach are key attributes for this position, as well as a good understanding of HR processes.
