Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for SAP and adjacent consulting roles across multiple seniority levels in the region
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving capability needs and define effective, forward-looking hiring strategies
- Source, engage, and assess top talent using creative, proactive, and out-of-the-box approaches
- Identify candidates not only for current needs but for long-term potential, cultural fit, and growth within Westernacher
- Build and manage candidate pipelines while ensuring a high-quality, inclusive, and candidate-centric experience
- Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring best practices within the SAP and consulting ecosystem
