This role will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring HR processes are aligned with business objectives, SAP best practices, and clean-core architecture principles.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA HR processes along with strong experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and SAP Fieldglass within large enterprise environments.
