Job Responsibilities
- Act as a generalist SAP functional analyst, supporting processes and requests in modules such as SuccessFactors (EC/HCM), FI/CO, MM, SD and/or S/4HANA as needed
- Manage and monitor tickets (incidents and enhancements), ensuring SLAs and quality of deliveries
- Serve as a bridge between business areas and technical teams (internal and external consultancies), translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Elicit functional requirements, map processes and propose system solutions aligned with business needs
- Participate in technical analyses of integrations (APIs, middleware/PI-PO/CPI), interfaces, and automations
- Execute functional tests, validate deliverables, and support deployments/configurations in environments
