Senior Salesforce DevOps (España)

At Vortechgroup, we are looking to add a Senior Salesforce DevOps & Tech Lead to our team to lead the DevOps strategy and release management across complex Salesforce environments.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, driving a culture of automated, secure, and scalable deployments across multi-org Salesforce environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Salesforce CLI / SF DX.
• Define branching strategies, Gitflow, quality gates, and automated testing approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Manage sandboxes, data masking, and synchronization between scratch orgs, sandboxes, and production environments.
• Oversee complex release packages, resolve conflicts, and unblock deployments.
