Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Service Cloud Agentforce
Job Location: Canada, Mississauga, Ontario
Role Objective: As a Senior Developer you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting‑edge AI technology. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end implementation of Service Cloud and the strategic deployment of Agentforce to automate customer service workflows, enhance agent productivity, and deliver autonomous AI interactions.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Salesforce Development with at least 2 years focused on Service Cloud
