Senior Salesforce Developer (Colombia)

We are seeking a highly skilled and self‑driven Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will independently architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions across LWC, Apex, and declarative tooling while collaborating closely with IT Leads to ship production‑ready features every two‑week sprint. You will play a key role in shaping our DevOps practices and platform integration strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) following best practices for performance, accessibility, and reusability.
• Write robust, well‑tested Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Build and optimize declarative solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
• Collaborate with IT Leads to decompose requirements into sprint‑ready stories and deliver high‑quality features on a 2‑week cadence.
