Senior Salesforce BA — Lead, Transform & Deliver

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst Senior (CL10) for Monterrey. The role requires at least 4+ years in enterprise Salesforce implementations, leading workshops, and strong English and Spanish communication.

You will define complex user stories, perform gap analysis, and mentor junior BAs in an Agile/Scrum environment, working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders.
