Responsibilities include:
- Support the commercial team with operational tasks related to sales processes;
- Identify improvement opportunities based on hands‑on operational experience;
- Design and structure processes, management cadences and area management routines;
- Support the organization and evolution of commercial process governance;
- Serve as a technical reference for the team;
- Contribute to the development and organization of the team;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed: Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management or related fields;
- Microsoft Office suite;
- Advanced Excel;
- Power BI;
- Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM;
- Process modeling tools;
- Knowledge of PDCA and Six Sigma;
- Postgraduate degree.
