This role leads and manages Process Improvement and Change Management activities within Sales and Retail Division, driving and championing tangible improvements to sales operations and related processes. The specialist oversees and executes on the end-to-end analysis, identification and implementation of solutions that simplify, optimize, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall effectiveness of processes.
