Senior Sales Merchandiser – Women´'s Bags

We are looking for a Senior Sales Merchandiser – Women´s Bags to join our Sales Merchandising Team at our Headquarters in Madrid.

The objective of this role is to drive the growth of the Women´s Bags category by leading the merchandising strategy from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective. You will be responsible for maximizing business performance, ensuring the right product offer across regions, and supporting strategic decision-making in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

Your role will be:

• Lead and contribute to the development and growth of the Women´s Bags category globally.
• Analyse category performance, identifying risks and opportunities to optimise sales, margin, and stock efficiency.
