We are looking for a Senior Sales Merchandiser – Women´s Bags to join our Sales Merchandising Team at our Headquarters in Madrid.

Your role will be:

• Lead and contribute to the development and growth of the Women´s Bags category globally.
  
• Analyse category performance, identifying risks and opportunities to optimise sales, margin, and stock efficiency.
  
• Define and execute action plans in collaboration with regions (stock rebalancing, product allocation, incentives, visual merchandising alignment, etc.).
  
• Gather and consolidate market insights, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to anticipate business needs.
  
• Lead and support buying, assortment and end-to-end product lifecycle management for the category.
