- Develop new business opportunities for renovation and construction projects.
- Prepare quotations, tenders and project proposals.
- Meet clients, conduct site visits and understand project requirements.
- Follow up on sales enquiries and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors during project execution.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Assist the Sales Director in implementing sales strategies.
- Support marketing and customer service activities.
