Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily store operations.
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
- Calls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships
- Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
- Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs
- Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management
- Provides guidance and training to junior sales associates or newcomers.
- Assists in identifying and handling client enquiries, concerns, and complaints. Takes charge of selected VIP clients.
- Keeps records and reports on sales activities
