Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer - Scalable Full-Stack Backend

AgileEngine is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Colombia. In this role, you will focus on backend development using Ruby on Rails and build scalable customer-facing applications. Collaboration with Product, UX, QA, and Data teams is essential throughout the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in Ruby on Rails and must be comfortable working with U.S. East Coast hours in a global Agile team. Additional skills in AWS and Kubernetes are preferable.
