We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RPA Developer with deep UiPath expertise and a strong background in Insurance and Reinsurance operations. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role within our Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE), responsible for leading end-to-end automation delivery, mentoring junior developers, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive measurable operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical mastery of the UiPath platform with an understanding of complex insurance and reinsurance workflows, including policy processing, claims management, bordereaux reconciliation, and treaty accounting.
