Advance GripperAI (model-free grasping in productive 24/7 use), including, CAD-based matching and Continuous physical learning
Robust real-time perception with sensor-fusion
Prototype and evaluate next-generation approaches (e.g., Vision-Language-Action models) for robotic manipulation
Build and optimize the dataset and end-to-end ML training pipeline
Ensure reliable deployment in industrial environments (latency, robustness, scalability)
Your qualification:
Degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or similar
Hands-on experience in computer vision / robotic manipulation
Proven experience in training AI Modules, building and optimizing end-to-end ML training pipelines
