Senior Roadway Designer – Markham, London, Hamilton, Brampton, ON This role is part of the Transportation team based in Ontario, where you will work on a variety of projects, preparing preliminary design reports, detailed designs, contract specifications, shop drawings, and supporting project proposals. Prepare preliminary design reports (PDR), design criteria, and detailed designs for new and rehabilitated divided highways, arterial regional roads, collector roads, and local roads. Create preliminary designs for CADD staff and review drawings to ensure compliance with industry and client standards. Prepare contract specifications, tender documents, and applications for agency approvals. Review and issue finalized shop drawings. Coordinate and mentor junior staff within the division.
