Senior RL Engineer: Clinical AI Research & Production

Kaiko, a clinical AI startup, seeks an expert to own the RL training infrastructure end-to-end, spanning distributed training, reward pipelines, and production-ready tooling. You will tackle hard problems like reward hacking and long-context optimization, exploring novel algorithms and ensuring robust, scalable performance across large models.

You will split time between Switzerland and the Netherlands, with at least 50% onsite presence.
