Senior Risk Manager

Manage the Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF) processes such as Risk Register, Management Controls Assessment, Key Risk Indicators, Risk Dashboards, and reporting templates. Promote a risk‑aware culture through training, workshops, and internal communications. Support the CRO/SVP in the practice and evolution of the IAF across Seatrium Group. Undertake consolidation, harmonization, and reporting of IAF implementation progress, risk exposures and emerging risk trends to Management and the Board. Engage stakeholders to build professional rapport and share emerging risk trends and industry best practices.
