Overview

A Senior Specialist is a key member of the proposal team, responsible for independently managing and delivering high‑quality responses to complex bid and proposal documents for prospective and existing clients. This role requires advanced writing skills, strong subject‑matter expertise, and the ability to lead the RFP process and related projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare and complete RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires for a diverse client base, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, insurance companies, and investment managers.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on peer work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards across all proposal documents.
• Lead the response process from kick‑off meetings to final submission, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
