The Role
We’re seeking a Senior RFP Specialist. This role leads the end-to-end proposal and bid process for K–12 education staffing opportunities, including identifying RFPs, developing proposal strategies, managing cross-functional submissions, and ensuring compliance with school district requirements. It also supports contract transitions, tracks proposal performance, and drives process improvements to increase win rates and support business growth.
