About the RoleThe Senior Resource & Mining Planning Manager for the Central Canada region will accurately assess and estimate aggregate reserves and resources, ensuring annual reporting and filings meet SEC SK-1300 compliance. The senior manager will lead a team of resource professionals and collaborate with key functional groups and business units to provide ongoing operational support, geological assessments, and mining plans that maximize resource utilization, reduce costs, and maintain operational safety.
What You'll AccomplishAs a Qualified Person (QP), manage and track aggregate reserves and resources for the Central Canada region, including annual reporting/filing of reserves and resources in compliance with SEC SK-1300 regulations.
Manage mine planning development in collaboration with Operations and other functional groups, including short‑term and long‑term mining plans to optimize stripping, extraction, and progressive rehabilitation activities.
