Role OverviewThe Resource Engagement Manager will collaborate with sales and presales to engage directly with customers to identify consulting and staff augmentation opportunities to support their resourcing needs.
ResponsibilitiesProspect new opportunities and present consulting and staff augmentation program across North America.
Work with sales and presales to identify and validate potential agility-based engagements.
Locate, validate, and present qualified consultants.
Establish and maintain effective customer and consultant relationships.
Manage customer and consultant escalations and establish achievable outcomes.
Follow existing processes and recommend improvements focused on efficiency, revenue growth, and profit optimization.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead delivery by working directly with the customer to ensure successful engagement and CSAT.
