Responsibilities
- Lead the ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) process
- Perform quantitative, qualitative, and semi-quantitative risk management
- Develop risk response plans
- Participate in and/or lead equipment failure analyses
- Define maintenance scope during shutdowns based on risk assessment
- Prepare business cases to support decision‑making
- Conduct critical analysis of performance indicators
- Assess the effectiveness of preventive maintenance plans for production equipment
- Manage and optimize spare parts and spare equipment strategy
- Monitor and manage Maintenance Engineering KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Control & Automation or Electrical Engineering
- Solid experience as a Reliability Engineer in large‑scale industries such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Food, Mining, or Steel
