The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for both R&D and non-R&D positions, partnering closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders. The role requires strong sourcing capability, excellent stakeholder management, structured interviewing skills , and the ability to support fast-paced hiring in an international environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building hiring processes in a scaling environment, working with senior stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of a high-impact AI, quantum, deep-tech, and education ecosystem.
