Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio of roles, including senior and critical positions
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availability
- Proactively source and engage talent using creative, targeted, and data‑driven approaches
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long‑term talent networks
- Ensure a high‑touch, best‑in‑class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Collaborate closely with HR partners and the broader global TA community
- Represent the company externally as an authentic brand ambassador
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or other relevant field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%
