Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of Sprout’s Senior recruiter is to manage end-to-end sourcing and recruitment processes for Sprout’s hiring needs, including hiring high-level candidates and employer branding, and ensuring successful onboarding of new hires. This role will act as a playing coach to the recruitment associates.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and new hire onboarding procedures
- Maximize online and offline outbound recruitment activities for tapping into targeted pools of the best fit candidates
- Own and implement Sprout's Employer Branding initiatives, projects and programs
- Screen inbound candidate resumes and job applications
- Act as main point of contact for the candidate selection process, implementing consistent initiatives for the ideal candidate experience
