Cboe is seeking a talented Sr. Recruiter who will lead the flawless execution and delivery of Talent Acquisition services by partnering with HR and business leaders.
- The successful candidate will be charged with developing an understanding of our business, strategy, and our culture to develop Talent Acquisition sourcing plans and solutions.
- You will collaborate with HRBP’s and Cboe leaders to drive the continued evolution and improvement of recruitment services and hiring strategies, as well as candidate and hiring manager experience initiatives.
- Partnering with leaders in the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to attract talent.
