What You Will Do
- Develop targeted attraction and engagement strategies to connect with active talent, leveraging job boards, social media, and impactful messaging while partnering closely with the Recruiting Manager and experienced Talent Acquisition partners.
- Utilize existing sourcing strategies and engage in active candidate hunting when necessary.
- Articulate a compelling career opportunity tailored to the candidate’s motivation.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit, presenting candidate match and value to the hiring team.
- Work closely with the Human Resources team to support offer decisions and ensure a smooth, positive offer experience for candidates.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
