Senior Recruiter - AI-Driven Full-Cycle Hiring (Remote)

LawnStarter is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in the Philippines to own the entire hiring lifecycle from posting roles to making offers. You will collaborate with US-based hiring managers to fill Senior and Director-level roles, manage candidate pipelines, and utilize AI tools for efficiency.

This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours. Essential qualifications include 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role also offers a salary range of PHP 69,500 – PHP 88,500 per month, along with additional incentives.
