Senior R&D Project Manager – Basic Solutions

This position will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of innovative medical, non‑medical hearing devices and software applications, associated functions, and/or accessories for basic solutions in the market of Asia. Steer the project toward success, ensuring that all aspects are managed effectively. Ensure all project activities align with the company’s strategic goals and meet agreed standards of quality and performance. The role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the VP of R&D Solution and Process.

Core responsibilities include:

• Take full ownership of the project’s scope, budget, resources, and timeframe as approved by gatekeepers.
• Utilize portfolio management tools to plan and control content, resources, and costs in collaboration with the project team.
