Senior R&D Mechanical Engineer — Lead Npd & Prototyping

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Apply specialized knowledge (e.g., s tructural analysis, DFM, DFA, etc. ) to size and select components and ensure product/process design.
Work with cross-functional teams that launch products by taking market specifications from design to prototype and production.
This can also cover both branded platform products and products engineered for specific customer applications .
Work closely wit h Engineering Lead to partner with customers, engage in industry partnerships , and establish other relationships enabling us to advance our product and technology reach.
Participate and lead cross-functional product development teams .
Coordinate and maintain complex development schedules .
