Qualifications
- Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer
- 35 years of experience in R&D, laboratory operations, product development, or process engineering
- Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, chemical, or industrial industries preferred
- Experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, construction materials, chemical, or industrial sectors is required
- Knowledge of laboratory testing, technical analysis, and ISO standards is an advantage
