Senior Rails Backend Engineer — Scale & Performance

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails engineer in Manila to build and maintain core platform features used by our users daily. You will design, implement, and maintain Rails components with a focus on performance, scalability, and testability.

Responsibilities include optimizing systems, mentoring the team, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with Product and Design to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Experience in SaaS or regulated environments is a plus.
