Responsibilities
Conduct rail network analyses, studies, computer simulation model development or modification, and technical report generation to address a wide range of operating, infrastructure and performance issues.
Perform operational analysis using historical data, scenario models and rail network design.
Validate system requirements through operational analysis and rail network planning.
Incorporate network service growth and future expansion alternative models, identifying infrastructure requirements and constraints.
Conduct analysis of results and identify trends in rail scheduling issues and recommend efficiencies to methodologies and processes for network expansion, service delivery and cost improvements related to service expansion and construction activities.
