As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role on a major infrastructure project, taking the lead in managing complex construction changes that shape project success. Your role

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and recording impacts on construction costs, including labour, material, equipment, subcontracts and preliminaries.
• Ensure compliance with prime contract obligations.
• Preparing impact analyses and prime contract correspondence.
• Work with the scheduling team to evaluate delays and productivity impacts arising from changes.
