Senior Quantity Surveyor: Tender, Cost Control & Contracts

DEEPBUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to manage and prepare measurements and cost estimates for construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor tenders, and conducting quantity take-offs.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent and possess at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in civils and architectural projects.
