Senior Quantity Surveyor

This role is to be situated in Batam.

• Responsible cost control, billing and remeasurement for the assigned Project(s), but not limited to the below:
  • Cost Control Functions:
    • Review initial budget and prepare execution budget.
    • Execution budget shall be discussed and agreed with all stakeholders prior TCC reporting.
    • Responsible for day‑to‑day cost control matters.
    • Monitor and report all cost control matters; and bring to PCM and PM attention should there be any abnormal cost incurred/overrun.
    • Cost forecasting in consultant with PCM and PM.
    • Vendor and/or subcontractor invoice verification.
  • Billing:
    • Forecast and monitor the project invoice and payment status.
    • Responsible for invoice supporting documents compilation.
  • Remeasurement:
    • Responsible for Bill of Quantity (BOQ) update.
