Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Monitoring ongoing expenses, identifying potential savings, and producing progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Managing contracts and procurement, including negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money.
• Conducting risk assessments, method statements, and cost value reconciliations to maintain project efficiency and safety.
• Liaising with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirement

• 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Tender Management.
• Experience in Gas System, Process Piping, Mechanical (M&E), Semiconductor, or EPC projects is preferred
