Responsibilities
- Assist Contract manager conduct Cost estimates, cost planning, and cost management.
- Prepare contracts and documents.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation.
- Assist in billings.
- Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost-benefit analysis.
- Perform variation order.
- To verify subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills.
